Furry friends
The Snap network is a lot like a family, and we have a number of four-legged friends who have become local heroes in their Snap neighbourhood.
One such furry friend is Bundy from Snap Brisbane Felix St, who hosts his own segment Bundy's Bits each month in the email newsletter sent out by Franchise Owner Judy Altenkirk. Bundy's Bits is an eclectic mix of stories, facts and local news, along with the wisdom of Bundy and details of his latest adventures (most recently a visit to the EKKA).
Judy was telling me recently that "I have clients who subscribe to the newsletter just for Bundy's Bits". Clients have been known to reply to the emails received with 'Dear Bundy'. Judy had one client who left her job, but supplied her personal email address so she could keep receiving the newsletters. Now she is ion another role she has come back to Felix St as a client, Bundy was the way to keep in touch while she was between roles.
We hear that Bundy has also gone viral! Clients share the link with their friends, and some of those friends have also gone on to use the services of Bundy's business - Snap Brisbane Felix Street.
