Grant Vernon – Chief Executive Officer |

Grant joined as the Chief Executive Officer in 2001. He has led the transformation of Snap into a value-added service provider which is now a respected leader in its field.
Grant has a Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Before joining Snap, Grant worked in the financial services industry including ten years with the Sealcorp Group which led to the highly successful sale of that company to St George Bank. His roles at Sealcorp included four years as General Manager of ASGARD Capital Management during which time the business tripled in size to manage over $7 billion of investment funds.
Fans of Australian Football may also remember Grant as an umpire of more than 200 AFL games.

Stephen Edwards – Chief Operations Officer |

Stephen joined Snap Franchising Ltd in 2001 to help establish the corporate print division. Since then, he’s led the development of Snap’s sales team and has built the field team which supports the Snap Franchise network.
Stephen has a strong leadership background with experience in sales and management for many of Australia’s foremost print and communication organisations including News Limited, Moore Business Systems and Kalamazoo. Stephen also has experience as a director of small businesses in the areas of hospitality and property development.

Peter Driscoll – General Manager, Information Technology |

Peter joined Snap Franchising Ltd in 1997 as the Graphics and System Administrator and is now our General Manager of IT. He has experience in the Australian and UK hospitality, tourism and research industries.
Peter began his career in the publishing and print business through his role as Production Manager and head designer for the UK business magazine Ventures. In 1996, he took up the role of Pre-Press Production Manager and Designer at one of the Snap Printing franchises in Perth. Peter has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, with majors in Psychology and Computer Science.

Clarinda Ho – General Manager, Finance |

Clarinda joined Snap Printing in January 2008. She has more than 19 years in the corporate and small to medium enterprise sectors. Clarinda was a Tax and Business Income Partner at Gooding Pervan, a firm she joined in its establishment in 1998 as its Senior Manager. Before this, she worked for Ernst and Young and for Bourne Griffiths. She is experienced in providing business services to a broad range of clients.
Clarinda moved from Malaysia to Australia in 1981 and attended high school at Ballarat & Clarendon College, Ballarat and at MLC in Perth. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UWA, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia.

Steven Southwell – General Manager, Sales |

Steven joined Snap Franchising in February 2004 as a corporate sales consultant. That December, Steve was promoted to National Sales Manager and in April 2008 he was promoted to the position of General Manager of Sales.
Steven has vast experience in the area of sales and was previously the State Sales Manager for a national print management company where he co-ordinated national accounts for corporate clients. Before working in the print industry, Steven held sales representative roles in the building and construction field.
Steven co-ordinates all Snap’s sales programs including corporate accounts, sales incentive programs and the selling of franchises.
